U Thein Lwin is a marine engineering with strong leadership skills, relationships and understanding of ship and railway repair and maintenance. In 2023 and after 12 years as Marine Chief Engineering, U Thein, his three brothers and some Technical University friends (all gratudate-engineers), established Competent Marine Engineering, today TLZ, successfully providing for the marine, railway and power sectors.

U Zaw Min has been working in the marine engineering field, constructing and repairing maritime vessels as well as diagnosing technical issues, since 2006. Using his excellent analytical thinking and experience with a variety of engineering processes, he is able to perform engineering analysis and conduct inspections of marine vehicles, on top of providing guidance to TLZ's staff of skilled engineers.

U Aung Kyaw Oo is a vested automation engineer and senior manager with long and extensive technical and managerial experience from Singapore. In 2017 and after 20 years as the Head of Automation and Control at SkyMech Automation & Engineering in Singapore, U Aung returned to Myanmar and joined TLZ as Director Control Engineering.

Daw May Moe Oo has been overseeing the Finance dept. of TLZ since the early years of its establishment. Along with a working experience of 9 years, she has garnered the skills needed maintain an accurate accounting system and manage the company's cash-flow to ensure operational efficiency and help make strategic financial decisions.

Daw Thinzar Thinn has a business financial background, which was established in Singapore, where she worked for 12 years, primarily managing the Finance and Logistic Teams of The National Energy Group Company (NEGC) as the trusted executive personal assistant of the owners. Daw Thinzar returned to Myanmar in 2019 to enforce the business development team of TLZ.
